Stephen is a holder of Bachelor of Science [Hons] Degree in Environmental Sciences and Technology from Chinhoyi University of Technology, a Master of Science degree in Environmental Health from National University of Science and Technology (NUST) and a Master of Commerce degree in Strategic Management. He also holds post graduate diplomas in Health Studies, Project Management, Occupational Hygiene and a Carbon Footprint Assessment certificate. He is a highly skilled Social and Environmental Health Scientist with experience in environmental health and city health services provision for public health protection. His specific areas of experience are Waste management, Environmental Health Management and Planning, Fumigation and Pest Control and Social Impact Assessments. He is also adept at developing safety, health and environmental management plans for any location, working closely with field management to maintain safety and hygiene issues. He has expertise in housing and community services provision. He also possess WASH related expertise with great understanding of the issues involved in protecting the environment as well as human health.
Stephen has participated in more than 45 successful Environmental and Social Impact Assessments for various projects including housing developments, mining, renewable energy, and infrastructure development among others. Stephen has done more than 30 industrial hygiene surveys and several emission surveys.
