Mr. Spencer Mukona : Lead Consultant

Spencer is a shrewd industrial ecologist with five years experience in environmental consultancy services at team leadership level. He is doing an MSc in Strategic Management with GZU, holds an MSc Degree in Industrial Ecology and Environmental Management ( and a BSc ( in Environmental Science and Technology ( He is a bonafide member of the Environmental Professionals Council of Zimbabwe. He has 5 years in environmental consultancy executing various environmental services as lead consultant chief amongst them, Environmental and Social Impact Assessments, Environmental Management Plans, Air quality assessments, Environmental remediation and Environmental monitoring.

Spencer has conducted more than 50 (successful Environmental and Social Impact Assessments for various projects including housing developments, mining, renewable energy, and infrastructure development among others). He has also rich experience in ISO Systems development and Implementation in particular Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2015 and Occupational Health and Safety Management System ISO 45001:2018.

Miss. Rutendo T. Chikomba: Social Scientist

A highly skilled and Sociologist highly skilled in research and offering expertise in Disaster Risk Reduction. A self-starter and excellent team player with a strong background in strategy and public policy. Rutendo holds a BSc in Sociology and an MSc in Disaster Management.  Her main experience in Stakeholder Consultation, Public consultation, Conducting community meetings, Stakeholder feedback information synthesis , Socio-economic data collection and analysis, Modelling project potential and actual social impacts, Developing Social Mitigation measures , Developer -Community Rapport building and Social Impact Assessment Report writing.

Mr Rangarirai Mukondomi: Safety Health Expert

Rangarirai is a NSSA trained Safety, Health Environmental (practitioner with over 3 years industry work experience in the Construction and Heavy manufacturing industry). He holds a Bachelors honours degree in Environmental Science majoring in Safety, Health and Environmental Management from Bindura University He has rich experience in Occupational Health and Safety trainings.

Mr. Anele Uvusile Matshisela: Ecologist

Bachelors of Science (Honors) Degree in Wildlife and Safari Management (CUT). He also holds an MSc in Ecotourism and Biodiversity Management. He has skills and experience through work, research and development in the field of Biodiversity Conservation. He has  sound understanding of flora and fauna and skilled with bird, aquatic, mammal, and vegetation identification. He has experience in Aquatic Ecology, Ecotourism, Community Wildlife Management, Environmental Policy, Behavioural Ecology, Population Ecology, Scant Analysis, Conservation genetics, Geographical Information Systems, Carnivore research.

Mr. Adonia Shumba – GIS Expert

Adonia is a competent professional in the surveying field. He holds a BSc degree in Geoinformatics and Surveying.  His experience and skills are in the areas of:  Topographic surveys, engineering surveys, Cadastral surveys and GIS mapping, PostgreSQL database management system, Geo-spatial data analysis with ILWIS, QGIS and ArcGIS, Positional and Levelling determination using automatic levels, GPS and total stations, Setting out of engineering constructional work, Processing of survey field data using AutoCAD and Surpac, Data statistical analysis with R, SPSS and Microsoft Excel.

Mr. Teddy Mukandawire: Environmental Scientist

Teddy is a BSc in Environmental Science and Technology graduate with Chinhoyi University of Technology. He has vast knowledge in environmental impact assessments, environmental policy analysis, safety health and the environment as well as environmental planning, Stack Emissions monitoring, EMPs and Environmental Monitoring Reports. He has also rich experience in ISO Systems development and Implementation.

Mr. Takudzwa C. Chada: Environmental Technologist

Takudzwa is a BSc Geography and Environmental Studies graduate with Midlands State University. He is a graduate trainee at MSI. He is a cutting edge self-driven ESIA consultant who is also into GIS and Remote Sensing and Safety, Health, Environment and Quality sustainability issues.

Mr. Ephraim Machera: Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist

He holds a Bachelor of Social Science (Special Honours) Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation and Bachelor of Education Degree. He also holds a Diploma in Humanitarian Aid and Project Management and another Diploma in Education. He has vast experience in Monitoring and Evaluation, WASH and Livelihoods projects, Environmental and Social Impact Assessments and Feasibility Studies.

Mr Garikai Nkoma: Pest Management Technician

He holds a Diploma in Pest Management from South Africa. He has over eight years’ experience in this field.

Ms Providence Tsuro: Fumigation and Pest Control Manager

She holds a National Diploma in Environmental Health. She has vast experience in offering environmental health services both in the public and private sector. She worked for the ministry of health as an environmental health technician for two years. She has been with Muku Sustainable investments in her capacity as Fumigation and Pest Control Manager for one year. She has been a team leader  on various fumigation and pest control activities at  Muku Sustainable investments

Miss. Thembalani Moyo: Environmental Consultant

 An experienced environmental consultant. She holds a BSc in Environmental Science and Technology Honours Degree from CUT. She has conducted various EIAs and Stack Emissions monitoring.
